- Nominal capacity: 3000mAh
- Nominal voltage: 3.6V
- Maximum discharge current: 2C (6A)
- Charge voltage: 4.2V (Other specification say: Open voltage 4.1V).
- End of discharge voltage: 2.5
- Cycle life: 300 cycles to 60% (Other specification says: Service life 500 cycles).

This is a Russian manufactured 18650 cell with good capacity, but fairly low current capability.

The cells match fairly well and can deliver the rated current, in my test I went significantly above that and the cells died (One a 15A the other at 20A).

Conclusion
The cells works nicely, but are not top of the line cells.
