Official specifications: Murata%20US18650VTC4%202100mAh%20(Green)-info

This is a rather old cell, I have a datasheet from 2012 (Sony brand), but this cell has obvious been manufactured after Murata bought Sonys LiIon cell division.
It is designed for high current.

The two cells matches very well. The capacity is not that high compared to modern cells, but it can deliver a lot of current.

Conclusion

This is a very good cell for high current, but not the only 18650, some 2600mAh can also deliver this much current.
